Independent judging committee.
One judging round.

A nomination strong on one dimension but weak on others will not advance. Strength across all five is required. Eligible entries are evaluated independently using this weighted, evidence-based rubric — sponsorship, membership, and commercial relationships have no influence on eligibility, finalist selection, or winner outcomes.

Business Impact
35%
Demonstrated revenue, growth, profitability, customer, or operational outcomes.
Innovation
20%
Originality of the approach and advancement over industry norms.
Leadership
20%
Executive leadership, organizational influence, and ability to drive change.
Evidence and Metrics
15%
Quality, credibility, and specificity of supporting metrics.
Sustainability and Scalability
10%
Repeatability, long-term impact, and ability to scale.

Category viability. Each competitive category needs at least five qualified nominations to move forward to judging — the more nominations a category receives, the stronger its slate. Up to three finalists may be selected per category, and winners are revealed live at Revenue Room™ Salon.

Jessica Sibley accepts the inaugural CEO Vanguard Award

2025 CEO Vanguard Award

Jessica Sibley, CEO of TIME, accepts her award in front of the Revenue Room™ Salon audience.

Every nomination captures the technology behind the work.

Nominations include a structured technology and partner section that records every platform, tool, vendor, and implementation partner that contributed to the initiative — vendor name, technology category, and role (primary platform, integration partner, implementation partner, agency, etc.). Up to five technology vendors may be captured per nomination; the first is required.

Named technology partners may be referenced in winner profiles, editorial use cases, and program research with the nominee's approval.

Editorial policy. The Revenue Room™ writes each winner use case independently. Sponsors and vendors may not direct the content, shape the narrative, or approve the editorial framing prior to publication — but named partners are featured, credited as the technology partner, and have full rights to reuse the published content for their own marketing purposes.
