- I confirm that the nominee meets the executive-role and sector eligibility requirements.
- I confirm that the initiative produced material, measurable results between January 1, 2025 and August 21, 2026.
- I understand that public identification of the nominee's name, title, company, category, and finalist or winner status is required if selected.
- I understand that if selected as the winner, the nominee or an approved senior executive representative must attend the October 6, 2026 Salon and confirm attendance by September 18, 2026.
- I understand that the same initiative may not be submitted in multiple categories.
- I certify that the information, metrics, outcomes, and supporting materials are accurate to the best of my knowledge and can be substantiated if requested.
- I understand that knowingly false or misleading information may result in disqualification or revocation.
- I agree that de-identified, aggregated submission data may be used for research, benchmarking, and program development.
Privacy Policy
The Revenue Room™ and H2K Labs are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information and confidential business information you provide through The Vanguard Awards submission process.
Information collected may include contact details, professional information, nomination materials, biographies, photographs, company information, business results, metrics, technology and partner information, and supporting documentation. This information will be used to administer The Vanguard Awards, assess eligibility, evaluate submissions, communicate with nominators and nominees, recognize finalists and winners, develop approved research and content, and support related event and awards communications.
Your information will be accessed only by authorized H2K Labs personnel, designated awards administrators, assigned judges, and essential technical administrators, as necessary to operate the awards program and subject to applicable confidentiality obligations. Sponsors, unrelated personnel, and judges who are not assigned to a nomination will not be given access to the nomination or its confidential supporting materials. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Conflicts of Interest, Recusal, and Access Protection
To protect the integrity and confidentiality of each nomination, judges are required to disclose actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest. A conflict may include a current or recent employment, client, vendor, financial, personal, supervisory, transactional, or direct competitive relationship that could reasonably affect, or appear to affect, the judge's impartiality.
Nominees may also identify organizations or individuals whose access to the nomination could create a material conflict of interest or competitive concern. The Awards administration team will review such requests and determine the appropriate recusal or access restriction.
When a judge is recused:
- The judge will not be given access to the affected nomination or its supporting materials, except where limited access is technically necessary to identify and implement the recusal.
- The judge will not score, discuss, rank, comment on, or otherwise influence the evaluation of the nomination.
- The nomination will be reassigned to another qualified judge so that it receives the required number of valid, independent evaluations.
- The recusal and reassignment will be documented in the program's administrative record.
- The identity of the recused judge, the reason for recusal, and the nominee's competitive concerns will be treated as confidential and shared only with those responsible for administering the conflict-management process.
Where a conflict is identified after a judge has accessed or begun evaluating a nomination, the judge's evaluation will be excluded, the judge will be instructed not to retain or use the nomination information, and the entry will be reassigned.
Judges are prohibited from using nomination information for competitive intelligence, commercial solicitation, recruitment, investment activity, model training, or any purpose unrelated to their authorized judging responsibilities.
Recusal or reassignment will not disadvantage the nomination, change the applicable scoring criteria, or reduce the number of valid evaluations it receives. The Vanguard Awards will use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to restrict access, preserve confidentiality, and maintain a fair and independent judging process. These protections are consistent with the program rule that a conflicted judge may not score, discuss, rank, or influence an affected entry and that the entry must be reassigned to preserve the required number of valid scores.
Research, Benchmarking, and Content Use
- The Revenue Room™ and H2K Labs may use information submitted through The Vanguard Awards to develop aggregated research, benchmarking, industry analysis, trend reports, educational content, anonymized use cases, and related data products.
- Any public-facing research or content developed from nomination data will not identify a nominee, nominator, company, customer, employee, initiative, or technology partner unless separate permission has been granted for that identified use.
- Individual names, company names, exact metrics, quotes, identifiable initiative details, case studies, photographs, logos, and individual vendor or technology partner names will not be published as part of research or content without the applicable separate permission.
- Sponsors or research partners may support, distribute, or be associated with aggregated research, but they will not receive access to raw nomination data, confidential submission materials, judge scores, comments, rankings, or deliberations.
Privacy Acknowledgement
I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, protection, and processing of my information for purposes related to The Vanguard Awards, including administration, evaluation, communications, de-identified and aggregated research, benchmarking, anonymized use cases, industry analysis, and the controlled disclosure of nomination materials to authorized administrators and non-conflicted judges.
Confidentiality
Nomination information and supporting materials will be used for judging and awards administration.
Submitted materials will not be approved for public publication solely because they were included in a nomination. Any use of nomination content for external marketing, publicity, editorial coverage, case studies, or promotional materials will require separate approval where applicable.
Nominators should clearly identify information they consider confidential and should avoid including trade secrets, highly sensitive personal information, restricted customer data, or materials they are not authorized to disclose.
Supporting Evidence Requirements
Supporting materials are optional unless specifically required by the selected award category.
Nominators may provide:
- One PDF file, with a maximum file size of 10 MB
- A publicly accessible supporting URL
- A demo or video URL when relevant to the selected category
Demo or video URLs are requested only for Product Innovation Leadership and Best AI Agent nominations.
Please do not submit password-protected, expired, or internally restricted links unless access instructions have been expressly requested and approved by the awards team.
Supporting materials should substantiate the nomination. They should not replace the required written responses in the submission form.
Judging Process
AI Disclosure Requirements
The use of generative AI to assist with editing, formatting, organization, or drafting does not automatically make a nomination ineligible.
Nominators must disclose whether generative AI was used to help prepare the nomination and select the option that most accurately describes the level of use:
- No
- Yes, for editing, formatting, or clarity
- Yes, for drafting portions
- Yes, extensively
When AI was used, nominators may be asked to provide a brief description of how it assisted in preparing the entry.
The nominator remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, originality, authorization, and substantiation of all submitted information. AI-generated statements must not be presented as verified facts unless they have been reviewed and confirmed by the nominator.
