What is the goal of the Bootcamp?

The goal is to help teams move from lagging reports and siloed execution to a more predictive, aligned, and actionable revenue operating model. By the end of the Bootcamp, teams should have a clear Revenue Transformation Plan they can use inside the business.

Who is the Bootcamp for?

The Bootcamp is for revenue and GTM leaders responsible for execution. Typical participants include leaders and team members from sales, marketing, RevOps, enablement, and customer success who need to work together on a real revenue challenge.

Who should actually attend?

The best attendee group is the cross-functional team that needs to work together to improve a revenue outcome. That often includes sales leaders, marketing leaders, RevOps leaders, customer success leaders, enablement leaders, and VPs, directors, and managers responsible for implementation. Is this just AI training?

The program runs over 6 live virtual weeks, with 1 hour of live instruction per week, plus a capstone project. Each participating team also receives two 30-minute consult sessions with the instructor. Sessions are recorded and available on demand for participants.

What is covered in the 6 sessions?

The six sessions cover: Leading Revenue with AI, Predictive Signals for GTM, KPIs That Drive Action, Forecasting and Pipeline Optimization, Data-Driven Coaching and Performance, and RevOps and Continuous Improvement.

What is the capstone project?

The capstone is a working team project completed during the Bootcamp. Each team creates a Revenue Transformation Plan tied to a real business challenge. The purpose is to make the Bootcamp practical and immediately applicable, not theoretical.

How does the capstone project work?

By lesson two, each team decides on its capstone topic, focused on a real revenue priority or challenge inside the business. The team schedules a 30-minute call with the instructor to review the approach, receives a sample capstone as a guideline, and works on the project throughout the Bootcamp applying the frameworks from each session. The capstone should be completed by the last session, followed by one additional 30-minute consult call for instructor feedback.

Who teaches the Bootcamp?

The Bootcamp is led by Heather Holst-Knudsen, CEO and Founder of H2K Labs and Revenue Room CXO — a growth strategist and operator with experience across media, events, digital information, SaaS, and marketplaces.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes. All sessions are recorded and made available on demand for participants.
