Julian is Forge's AI-powered inbound sales agent for the Life Sciences team. When an inbound inquiry arrives, Julian engages the prospect within minutes, gathers qualification information, answers questions and schedules meetings automatically. Human sales-development representatives can then focus on more complex opportunities, while account executives spend more time selling and less time performing administrative work.

The results show why the agent mattered. Within six months, the Life Sciences business increased revenue by 55%, grew new-business revenue by 87%, increased closed opportunities by approximately 70%, generated more than $1 million in AI-assisted sales and shortened the sales cycle by six days.

New-business revenue increased from $1.57 million to $2.93 million. Julian did not simply make the sales process faster. It helped create incremental revenue.

The best AI does not live in a demo. It does real work.

AI agents are among the most talked-about technologies in business. The Best AI Agent Award was designed to separate promise from production. The category recognizes a named agent that is live, being used in a real workflow, performing meaningful actions and producing measurable results.

Judges looked for more than clever conversation. They looked at what the agent actually does, where humans remain in the loop, how quality and governance are managed, how extensively the agent is used and what business value follows.

R-ai is an agentic AI platform designed to perform the work traditionally spread across a full B2B media-agency team. It takes a client brief and develops an activation-ready media plan, supporting channel selection, budget allocation, specifications, forecasting, procurement documentation, reporting and optimization.

The platform operates with conditional autonomy. It makes decisions within the defined media domain, while humans retain final approval before budgets are committed or campaigns are activated. For its first S&P 500 deployment, planning time fell by approximately 87%, reducing campaign journeys from six to fourteen weeks to two or three days.

Campaign launches were approximately 50% faster, and the client reported a 12% increase in working capital available for media as agency overhead and internal inefficiency were reduced. Commercially, R-ai reached approximately £800,000 in recurring revenue within three months of launch.

Reach was deployed to solve a longstanding problem in the event sponsorship model. Sponsors often receive access to broad attendee populations even though only a fraction of those attendees are relevant to their objectives. At MAU Vegas, Reach analyzed a registered audience of 3,710 attendees and narrowed it to 588 precision-qualified prospects, reducing wasted outreach by approximately 84%.

Across more than 22 agentic campaigns, the resulting communications achieved a 99.3% delivery rate, 74.4% open rate and 13.5% average click-through rate. The model also connects campaign engagement with on-site badge scans, giving sponsors a stronger line between pre-event communication and in-person action.

Sponsor satisfaction reached 100%, and Clarion subsequently contracted Reach for rollout across additional flagship events.
